Homelift Price Guide

Thanks to significant advancements in technology, a lift can now be a surprisingly affordable addition to your home. These days, the machinery needed to control a homelift can be fitted neatly into almost any house, making them much more popular.

Here at Stannah, we have a range of homelifts to choose from, depending on your preferences and needs.

Prices will vary depending on the selected options and the preparation work required.

When comparing and evaluating quotes on a like for like basis, note that not all companies include preparation work in their quote or offer 24/365 servicing.

Compact homelift costs

A new generation of elegant two person compact lifts is leading the way in opening up the homelift market.

These lifts start at around £14,000 and come with a 2 year warranty.

  • Our Stratum range is affordable and comes in a wide range of specifications to suit the user’s needs.
  • Our Salise lift features a stylish glass cabin and a variety of customisation options to suit your home’s style.

Executive homelift costs

Our larger executive lifts can carry up to 5 people and come with many stylish optional extras.

Executive lifts are generally priced from around £17,000. However, it’s important to note that there may be building work required if retrofitting an executive lift into an existing property.

Of course, if you have the luxury of specifying a new build home, the additional building requirements can usually be accommodated for a lot less than the cost of a retrofit.

Butler lift costs

Butler lifts – or dumbwaiters as they are often called – have the flexibility to fit into almost any space.

Butler lift prices start at about £6,000. Again, it’s important to consider what building work will be required and how that will add to project costs.

Ever more popular in domestic properties, these lifts are ideal for town houses where the garage, kitchen and even the dining room are all on different levels.

A lift in your home is undoubtedly an investment, but one that will no doubt add value and provide the ultimate convenience and ease of movement.
